Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://cardetailingcaldwell.com and the detailing services provided by Gemstar Car Detail at 3031 Syringa Ln, Caldwell, ID.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Walk-in availability is subject to bay capacity. Most quotes are returned within four business hours.

Services we offer

Ceramic coating, paint correction, interior detailing, exterior detailing, headlight restoration, RV detailing, boat detailing, fleet detailing, and pre-sale detail. Service pages on this site describe each in detail. Specific package contents are listed in your written quote.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows for ceramic and Showroom appointments may incur a small holding fee, which is credited toward your next service.

Vehicle condition

You're responsible for accurately disclosing existing damage, modifications, or paint conditions when requesting a quote. We document vehicle condition before work begins. Pre-existing chips, dents, and damage are not within the scope of detailing.

Warranty

Ceramic coating packages carry the manufacturer-backed warranty matching the tier purchased (1, 3, 5, or 9 years). Warranty terms require proper aftercare (pH-neutral soap, hand-wash only, no abrasive towels) and an annual maintenance wash performed by us.

Satisfaction guarantee

If anything isn't right when you pick up your vehicle, let us know within 24 hours and we'll fix it. No fine print, no hassle, no charge.

Payment

We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). NET-30 billing is available for established fleet accounts. Payment is due at vehicle pickup unless other terms are agreed in writing.

Liability

Gemstar Car Detail carries appropriate Idaho business and garage-keeper insurance. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We are not liable for personal items left in vehicles; please remove valuables before drop-off.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in Canyon County, Idaho.
